If this is in the wrong section please move :)

I have just started using them more my smaller prints, did some test prints and I was very happy apart from a couple of things which were probably my fault.

#1, They weren't exactly soft just not quite as sharp as on my computer screen so would ticking the "sharpen for print" when I export correct this?

#2, I ordered 9x6's but the pictures came slightly cropped so should I export to the correct size?

#3 Colours were just slightly dark but I suppose I just need to download one of their profiles and that would correct it?

1) Yes that should work :)

2) Did you crop within the DS Colour Labs software? (presuming you used that to upload them?) If you didn't then uploading in the correct format should be done.

3) Not too sure on profiles and all that...I always submit in sRGB and the prints have been returned fine!

Thanks for the reply mate, I didn't crop them in the software (unless I did by mistake). Im using that new program that they have which you don't have to download.

The prints did come out fine just slightly (and I mean slightly) dark. Ill do some more tests, I may just reduce the brightness slightly on my monitor.

It's been a while since I've ordered prints so haven't played with that yet! I hope the old one still works though...was easy to use.
