I am having problems with a DS40 printer producing patterns in the blacks (kind of a mottled effect). This happens when printing from lightroom (In both glossy and matt) and in Preview (although in preview I can't see where to choose between glossy and matt?!).
I have called photomart and they said they haven't heard of this problem before. Has anyone else had this problem?
