DSCL should I be worried?

I was expecting a delivery of photos today from DSCL however they have not turned up.

I got the email yesterday saying they have been despatched (i use the 1st class option), now usually they always arrive the day after I get this email.

Anyone else ever had to wait a couple of days for them?

yes - I've had to wait 2-3 days when they should have been despatched by courier

if you phone them up an tell them, you'll get a freebie delivery next time (well, I did - but that might have been because I ranted a bit!!!! )

You're probably right.

It's just that all my other orders have been so bang on time thats all.

Yes, I called them yesterday because I expected mine delivered Mon/Tues. Unfortunately Royal Mail only guarantee 1st class mail as between 2 and 10 days. DSCL had dispatched mine on Monday and I got them 2nd post yesterday.

I would agree with mattyh, Royal mail are unreliable at best.

as said 1st class doesnt always mean next day. especially so if its recorded first class.

Always pay for Special Delivery, it's guaranteed and if late, you can claim! But, it needs signing for!

It's pretty much 99.9% 2 or 3 days with 1st class option nowdays m8.
No need to worry.

No need to worry at all, as they have just arrived . I got them delivered to work and someone forgot to give me them when the post arrived.
