I'm due to go travelling pretty soon and want to take some decent photos along the way. However, I don't want to lug my 1D MkII, lenses and chargers etc. with me.
The Canon G12 has caught my eye. However, are there any other cameras I should consider that offer DSLR usability, but extremely rugged build quality?
