Duracell CompactFlash

Hello All,

I am looking to get more memory as the 7D files are much larger than my old 400D's

Has anyone use these Duracell cards? They are a great price and the 300x speed sounds exactly what I need to help the 7D keep up the 8fps with no bother.

Are they too cheap to be any good or are they a steal of a deal?

Not used Duracell cards myself, have just used Sandisk, but having a quick look on 7 day

This is 400x (for comp to the Duracell)

I have a couple of the Duracell CF 300x cards and they work fine on my 7D the buffer in the camera is more of a limit if you machine gun it in raw.

Card speed makes zero difference to the number of images you can shoot before the buffer fills. I've tested cards from 3 to 45 MB/s and all of them rattled off 20 images before the buffer fills.

Where it does make a difference is how long it takes to empty the buffer - from 11 to 166 seconds.
