Durdle Door night sky, no milky way

I went to Durdle Door recently to try and get a shot of the MIlky Way but no luck, the sky was covered with clouds...so went ahead and took a selfie instead

I went down to Eastbourne on Tuesday as well (2 hour drive) and despite Skylive and Apple weather telling me there were clear skies I had the same conditions as you! Seems last night (Wednesday) was the night to do it!
