Got one and can not seem to get rid of it . Is sending it away the only thing I can do and is £55 the going rate
 
No, firstly use a rocket blower to see if that shifts it, or just leave it alone, as one really isnt an issue.

I wouldnt bother cleaning until its a real issue and is taking more than 5 minutes to clone them out in PP.
 
there are 2 middle far right and one top right as well certain shots show them more

Well it up to you, but I certainly wouldnt pay £50 just for that.
Last time I got mine done it was £30, and they didnt do a great job, so I do it myself now with swabs and fluid, but I only do it when there are 20 or more visible and its just too time consuming to edit them out. It would take 10 seconds to clone those two out on yours.
 
I agree with what Tom says. That really isn't too bad, and I wouldn't pay to have the sensor cleaned at the moment. I've got a few on my D7000, but they only really show up when I'm doing macro work (high f number, fighting for every last bit of DOF), and they're simple to knock out in PP.

I'd definitely try using a rocket blower first, I've always found that to be effective.
 
Good old you tube showed me it's not that hard a thing to do myself so no bunnies now all gone
