Dust in my lens

Can anyone offer some advice please.

I have got quite a bit of dust inside my Tokina 11 - 16 f2.8 lens - got no idea how, as I don't use it that much.

Can anyone recommend where I can get it serviced / cleaned.

Define quite a bit?

You really have to have quite a lot to start causing any trouble.

most lenses have have some trace of dust in them, you should only worry if its excessive and is showing in your photos?
