Duty and VAT on Memory Cards

I thinking of ordering some CF-Express Type B and SDXC cards from the Prograde website in the US, but does anyone know what the Duty rate is on importing these into the UK and if they are also subject to UK VAT please ?

Definitely subject to VAT, don't know about duty (but thats usually small fry compared with VAT), you are also technically liable for VAT on the shipping cost, as VAT is due on the landed price.

Don't forget you will often incur a handling charge as well by the importer (Royal Mail/UPS/Fed Ex)

Aren't they sourceable from anywhere in the UK? What about Amazon?
