Had a great day today at Duxford, the weather was superb and some great displays also. The Vulcan and the Tornado's were the highlights for me.

Pretty much all the airshows in the last few years have had ok sky but never as blue as this. Going on Sunday as son wants to see the reds, and gutted I have not hired a 300mm this time. Would love to have seen the Vulcan, number 1 is stunning, love the angles, colours, just enough cloud to make it interesting, fantastic.

Superb images.

Went to the NI Airshow yesterday at Portrush. Grey cloud covered the entire sky, until later in the day, close to when the Red Arrows were to appear. Unluckly, one developed a fault, on the way there and another's canopy was hit by a bird! Only 2 flew, which was a major disappointment
