DXOmark lens ratings

When comparing lenses on DXOmark, I wonder, which difference delta in the sharpness rating of a lens on that site actually makes a difference in your images?

Will a lens with a sharpness rating of 18 produce very visibly sharper images on a top camera than one which has a sharpness rating of 15 on DXOmark?

Depends on body too, some cameras have weaker anti aliasing filters than others.

Well, I - and others - are convinced that they use a pair of dice to generate their results. So I'll say - no.

I think there's a fair amount of sample variation too

Thanks for the comments guys! Their charts are seductive, because if they were believable, they would make the decision so easy. But probably life isn't so easy in this case as well
