e-infinity - problems with payment

Just tried to purchase a lens from them on-line. Entered details of my card through their PAYPAL checkout and it seemed okay, until it came up with the fill in your card details again. E-mailed them "Try a different browser."
I did … same thing happened again.
Knew it wasn't going to be a good day.
Ideas?

I had the same issue a couple of times. I found when I filled in the details again it worked.

In all seriousness I'd just move onto another seller. If they can't take your payment safely and easily that's a black mark against them.

I have always found them to be very good. Especially communications.

I have bought 2 lenses off them and was pleased with the service and delivery time. re payment, I could get not credit card to work with them, so had to use a debit card. No problem though...

Sounds like a sneaky way to ensure you can't use Section 75 against them when things go wrong...

I just paypal them. Never had an issue and when I wanted to cancel once they refunded me full amount

what lens did you finally go for ?

The 24-85mm VR - it would be spot on for the race I'm covering tonight. Replaces the 3 primes I use at the mo. 30 50 85 I'll use the 50m 1.8 this evening.
Used my credit card as well.
