Eagle Owl, Red Kite & Harris Hawk.

Last bird isnt a harris, lookes like a red tail hawk to me.
Like the second red kite picture.
 
i need help with getting the right white balance with sky shoots i have these pair of kestrels in my local field i,m like taking pictures when they appear but my sky shots go black they have no detail just a black out.
please help if you can.

Sorry, never taken birds in flight, in fact these are my first ever bird shots.

Find a a shot that yoiu have in mind posted by another member and ask them.

nice portraits but i think they are all oversharpened slightly

If you are ahooting Av then you will need to dial in +1 1/3 - 1 2/3 exposure compensation to retain detail in the birds
