Hmmm...like to see some RAW files before I made a decision...China does like to parade its freaks though...
 
nahh false! look at the wrinkles on her foerhead if it was real the wrinkles would go around the horn not continue as a straight line across her forehead!! lol

the only sure fire way to find out is to see if she bumps up against peoples legs, occasionally headbutting the gate post...

I just made the assumption that a link to a medical condition is likely to have lunch putting off images.
 
There have been plenty of similar and more extreme examples photographed over the years, long before Photoshop. If you haven't seen this or all the other oddities around before then there's a lot to see if you put in the time.
