I got up early this morning to get some wintery snaps of a good landscape looking over some fields and a rilway line near my house, i saw snow and it was my lucky day, got my kit together, set out and it was spitting rain :razz: the sky is a little :razz: too, no sunrise either, just cloud and mush.

I hope it was better were you live!
 
Nope, nothing doing here, either. I was hoping for at least a light dusting.

I want my money back!

I was uo early as well - Nothing, just a couple of sparrows shivering in near darkness. Just finished my fifth cup of coffee, glanced out of the window and I'm in the middle of a blizzard.........

Camera ready, walking boots ready - All I need to do is have another coffee, give it a chance to settle, and warm the Landy up.....
 
Some sleet here early morning bt it's turned to rain now.

Was going to get some shots around the industrial estate after I finish work but unless the rain stops I think I'll be going straight home :(

Mix of snow and rain, thankfully crap conditions for pictures as I can't get out with the camera today
 
Just started again after a brief resbite, nice and heavy, big flakes, proper stuff!
 
Snowing here, cold cold cold cold cold. Just been out in it and the roads are slippery. Thankfully i wasn't driving but still got to wash the car again tomorrow :(
 
Looked out, snowing, faint dusting, told son to come home from friends asap on motorbike as he is a fairly new rider.

Snow stopped, disappeared. Result: One angry son with no mates!! :D :lol:

Persistent white stuff here - about 5 miles from Norwich :woot:

A goldfinch is braving it and getting his niger quota on the top of the pole, plus some great and blue tits.

It's this kind of weather that birds need seed feeders the most :)
 
There was a little snow outside when I looked, but it was also raining so back to bed.

Now if JustDave who lives 3 miles from me post any good wintry scene shots today I'll be blazing :bang:

A light dusting here in Scunny but nothing to go out for
 
Was up at 6 for sunrise, to look out of the window to find it raining, so back to bed it was.

:D Ours just sits on the back of the sofa by the radiator and window. Occasionally he gets up, stretches, turns around the other way and then goes back to sleep.

I want to be a cat!:lol:

No snow here, just rain.
 
Plenty of snow here (Hull) but I was out on the p!ss last night so was up nowhere near early enough for a sunrise, and now everything's getting melty.l
