Sorry, Im new to photography this was taken with a nikon d40 18-55mm lens.
Can i just straighten it up using photoshop, and what do you mean under exposed many thanks Andy

It means the photo is a little too dark and needs a longer exposue to let more light in.

But you are right, it's a good photo and the wonky horizon is easily fixed mate.

Nice use of symmetry in the composition with the leading lines from the corner of frame and central subject.

As said it could be a touch brighter. Better accuracy in the framing to get the horizon straight and the two sides matching exactly and it will be very good
