Ebay problem

I need some help! When my wife tries to go into 'my ebay' on her laptop, the screen just shuts down and goes back to her desktop.
It only happens on her laptop. ie if she uses any of the other computers in the house, she can log into it ok.
I've tried a restore for her and it hasn't helped. So thats me stumped now..

I installed a piece of software that did a similar thing when the wife tried logging on to any shopping sites

Run Malwarebytes, sounds like something is there that shouldn't be

Which browser? Have you tried a different one?

Try opening the browser from the All Programs menu rather than the shortcut.

Malwarebytes looks like a good solution. If not, maybe a format would be your answer

Thanks for the replies guys. I've now sorted it. Malwarebytes found nothing. I had to go into explorer settings and reset explorer.
Sorted it straight away. Thanks again.
