Is editing photos on a Tablet PC or Slate PC a worthwhile exercise?
My current laptop is 3+KG, and 5 years old. My current workstation is 4 years old, and starting to slow down (I also think that a corruption has gotten into IE).
So, without rebuilding the desktop, I was thinking that a tablet or slate PC would be a good alternative to the laptop? Generally they are a lot lighter (around a KG).
Screen size I was thinking of is 12", which is bigger than the graphics tablet I use on the PC (A6). The advantage/disadvantage would be that I would be seeing the image on the item upon which I am drawing, More accurate surely? Although possibly my hand would obstruct what I am looking at?
Has anyone here done a lot of editing on a table pc or slate, and can comment as to whether they have gotten used to it?
