Horrible drizzly rain on Sunday but wanted to get out and take a few shots. Ended up at Brixham Breakwater, hoping that the misty rain would give the place an eerie feel.

Looks quite dark on here, looks better on Flickr on my screen!

Definitely eerie.
At first look I thought the whole image was soft, but on closer inspection there's an area of clear focus. It works.
With the right crop this would make a very good cover for a thriller novel :)

I know what you mean about the soft look, I think the image works better when viewed at a larger size! Not sure why but, seems darker and softer when viewed here compared to flickr.
