I just bought a second hand ac adapter off eBay for my D80 and it is causing some unexpected problems.
Firstly, when it's connected the battery icon on the top lcd display is jumping around all over the place from one bar right up to fully charged. And when I access the menus it will randomly move the selected option around!
It also seems to get quite hot on the adapter itself. Has anyone else experienced any of these problems? I have since stopped using it of course until I can fathom out what is going on.
