As well as musing over puchasing a wee Canon Selphy or similar recently, I serviced and put ink in this old clunker. I discovered a range of non Canon inks from Amazon which got good reviews and are a fraction of the Canon price.
So far so good.

Looks like my old 9000 MK II. I don't remember how long I've been using it now but a lot. Short while back I started using really inexpensive after market ink from ink technologies and couldn't be happier with it.

I'll look those up. I have just now 'LCL' from Amazon, £25/set vs £150/set for Canon.
