Thought I would create my own thread to save me cluttering up the forums with separate posts.

Anyway thought I'd kick it of with a shot of a Heron i took today. It was a bit of a miserable day but a break in the clouds allowed me to get this shot with some nice warm lighting. It didn't pick out as much detail in the feathers i would of liked but still fairly happy with the shot nevertheless.

Thanks fracster. Its one bird I've not managed to get a shot of that I'm really happy with. Ita like the world's most un-photogenic bird lol.

Went out for a few hours today to the Washington Wetlands Centre. Took a fair few shots but here's a few I've got round to editing. Hope you like them. Comments and critics welcome lol.
