I normally love black and white but it has to be the colour one. Lipstick looks very wrong in b&w also she looks a little lost in the b&w too
 
I too prefer the colour version, I personally would crop the image to loose the large dark area, top left of shot ;)

Yes, colour for me too and I think Nattelie is right about the lipstick.
