#1 is nice, but slightly under exposed and WB could be tweaked. #2 looks OOF to me.

Had a little play, not sure if any better, but here is what I came up with. (Would be a better job with the Raw file, perhaps.)
Levels tweaked. Nik Remove Colour Cast, and Nik Define 2 used.

And I bet someone can do better than I. But don't get het up about it. It's all good fun to learn. For WB I still like to use my ExpoDisc, even though WB can be adjusted in Raw. Exposing a little to the right also helps in many cases IMHO.

Don't worry i wont give up..... I allways shoot in raw now , so will have another look at them later.
Sad thing is i spent alot of time looking at it , and thought i'd got it right... but as soon as i saw your version i could see an instant improvement.

Been in the same position. Still am in fact. Despite in your view I have improved your picture, there are so many that can do a better job than I. Always something to learn, enjoy the learning. I am.
