Used my 910 in anger for the 1st time last night shooting around 6-700 frames, all flashed (bounced of 30' ceiling so full power). I used my 1900ma eneloops and was a bit surprised to see the flash wanting fresh batteries after around maybe 180-200 shots (maybe spoilt for power usage by the SB-600's).

Question is what is my best option power wise for batteries? I have seen the Sanyo eneloop XX which are 2500ma but 2.5 times the price of the 2000ma ones on Amazon - anyone used these or any others that offer a good kick?

Cheers.

if you really want staying power and lots of juice out of your flash you need a Quantum turbo pack.....costs more than the flash itself but boy do they go on....
I have one with one of my Metz cl-4 hammerheads and they do lasts.
cheers
