I've been charged with helping a friend buy her husband a 40th present. She wants to get him a DSLR, and I'm inclined to go the Canon route, as thats wjay I have an can lend him my stuff as well.
I've got a 450d, c£300 odd second hand.
I'm going to go the 2nd hadn route, so what are the options under the 450d - shes looking to spend up to arond £600 all in, so I need to budget for lenses as well, so probaly looking at aournd £200-£300 for the body ideally.
