It's a strange problem that I believe it's a problem with the camera. It's like there's no signal getting to the flash because once it's on the camera, even if I half-press the shutter release the flash just turns itself off - but I don't encounter any problems with it fitted on my 40D.
I've tried cleaning the contacts on the flash and the camera but no change, anyone have a clue?
