Can anyone recommend a decent one ? There are shed loads of Zeiss and Pentacons out there for silly (less than £30) money, and I just happen to have some silly money doing nothing.

Lets you fit an M42 (42mm screw thread) lens onto your Canon/Nikon/whatever.
Been looking at a 120mm f2.8 Pentacon on Fleabay for £ 107. Now that is a super-sexy piece of gear. L-Glass quality if you're prepared to focus manually (and only lazy people don't ;) ). 190mm (ish, on my 350D) f2.8 for just over a hundred nicker, tell me that aint sex

I've got a couple of them...PM me your address and I'll stick one in the post.

You're a marvellous chap :)

Thank you

anyone used any of the AF confirm adapters?

most them look like a normal adapter with a chip stuck to it. are there any that are half decently made?

got a few M42 lenses now, love using them, solid quality feel of pure metal. latest bargin Hanimax 300mm F4 for £16!!!
