EOS Utility 3 not loading MacBook Pro

Morning everyone, I’m having issues with Canon EOS Utility 3 on my Ventura Macbook pro M1
have downloaded and installed but the icon to start the program isn’t there , the other three apps that come with it are showing but not EOS utilitiy 3
have tried to download it again but it says that it’s already downloaded
Has anyone else had this issue ? all software is up to date on Mac
I recently bought a CFExpress card (Delkin black) for my R5 , up to now I’ve just been using SD cards , haven’t got a card reader yet I thought that I could just connect the camera to the laptop but it does not show as a drive
I managed to connect the camera and get the photos off with one of the other Mac apps
Looks like I need to get a CF express card reader , but just curious if this was a common problem

Doing the old Google, it would appear you might have to find EOS 3.16.1 for it to work on Ventura.

Thanks I downloaded it yesterday from the Canon website assumed it was the latest version but looks like it’s not up to date
