Epson Photo 2100 Help

HI Guys,

I have this printer fitted with a CISS system.
I'm getting good quality prints, and the nozzle check patterns are perfect.

However.. I'm struggling to print from PS (mac) at a high res, I can use the epson photo print utility, but the colour profile isn't that good...

I want to use PS, but how do I change the resolution to the max 1440?

Or... how do I change the colour profile in the Epson utility?
