The Eye One Dispaly 2 will only profile the monitor.

The first thing you need to do is profile the monitor and use that profile for the display.
For Photoshop, you really need to be using the Adobe 1998 Color Space if you are printing as this will use a wider gamut.

When sending out to print in PS, make sure you let PS Manage the colors and turn OFF color management in the printer to avoid double profiling.

As for the Rendering setting in PS, Relative should be ok over Perceptual but I would print off a couple of test prints to see if their is any difference (depends if you have any colors out of the gamut range really)

For the Printer profiles, this will depend on what paper/ink combination you are using. If you are using Epson Ink and Epson paper then use the Latest Epson Profiles from their Webpage.

If you are using a 3rd party Paper/Ink you will either need the profiles from the suppliers or beter still invest in the X-Rite Colormunki and create your own Profiles.
