Epson R3000 help

Anyone had any problems with these printers?
Its not printing on 2 colours.
Do Epson repair cheaply?
I'm guessing its either head, pump or something completely different

When was the last time you used if Peter. Are you using epson inks or do you have a continuous ink system

I use Epson Inks.
Used regularly but not constantly. I don't think its dried ink

OMG! Epson want £485 to exchange it - no repair offered.
They're only $599 (£377) from Epson USA!!!
