Hey people

I have 450D and sadly dont have the cash just now to upgrade.
I also have a Sigma lens 18-50mm 2.8 which i have been using for portrait kind of stuff...

So i need a new lens to capture some of the wildlife and etc.. basically an all rounder lens..

I've seen this lens and its the max i can afford.. Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM Lens

What do you think?

Is it a good lens will it be ok with my 450D... ?

Lovely lens. Buy it, use it.
 
That is a nice lens and I have it myself. A smaller, lighter, cheaper option is the Canon 55-250IS which is nearly as good, will match up with your other focal length better and will save you over £100.
 
It will work fine with your 450D and its the best, longest zoom lens for less than a grand.
