Erasing movies from camera

Hi All, I have a Canon IXUS 85 1S & would like to know the best & quickest way to erase movies.

You could always format the memory card, although this will wipe everything. It is the quickest and easiest though.
 
Have you tired the button which looks like a bin / trash can or maybe when viewing video there is an option to delete.

Can't be that hard

This is what i do as i can't see where the movies are stored on my SD card on the Lumix GF1 so i download everything then format the disc. It's quick, easy and foolproof!

I wish to retain some photos so formatting is out.
Nadeem, Yes there is a erase button, but each individual movie frame has to be deleted one at a time. I thought maybe there was a quicker method.
