hehe Thanks Carl. That's a Narcissus fly I believe

However, I have let a number of bees sit on my finger. They quite like the warmth from hands, especially if it's colder or they're wet.

I'm not a big fan of the 'overhead' type shot (personal thing!), but the first two images - especially viewed large - are fabulous

Thanks Nigel, the overhead was the only angle I could photograph from (not overly keen on them myself). Took what I could get as it stopped for a brief moment before flying off again. .
