Wild Ermine

A Norwegian colleague and I set up a temporary, pop-up hide before first light with the hope of catching a glimpse of an Arctic Fox, as we found tracks the day before. Just as it got a little lighter, this curious little fellow came to check us out. Of course we're happy to have its brief company. The light was still very low so it was taken at high ISO. Sadly, after all of a minute with this chap, nothing else turned up for the rest of the day. Still, it was nice to see and photograph such a beautiful animal.
