Erratic Boulders of Corrie, Isle of Arran, Scotland

I spent a few days on the Isle of Arran in Scotland with a couple of good friends recently.

We were extremely lucky with the weather, we had two full days with clear skies and frosty mornings, cold but exceptional for landscape photography.

We visited the Pirate's Cove location near the village of Corrie one morning. We had beautiful colours in the sky and exceptional direct low light on the erratic boulders that can be found in the area.

Haha yeah, the seal that was carved with a chainsaw and the sheep bollards on the piers!

Very nice light and well composed. Whilst the image is not soft there maybe is some room for some more sharpening
