Can anyone recommend a good printer for doing keyrings and possibly small prints (7x5) on location?

I do photography in a nightclub at weekends and we are going to set this up, with the possibility of maybe doing other items on special occasions

Looking for a printer that won't blow the overheads on ink with reasonably good quality

What are you using out there in the big bad world?

Thanks

You might get more of a response in the printing section, but I think most of the event guys use dye sub machines

Any onsite printing that you're doing is best done with dye subs as they are more cost effective and are dry as soon as they leave the printer. We use a DS40 for the 7 x5 and key rings

Dyesub for sure. Not just for the instantly dry prints but mainly because there's no liquid ink to spill when transporting the thing. I take my little Canon Selphy printer on holiday and create my own postcards to send home with it - there's no way I'd risk taking an inkjet!
