exif details

I`ve noticed on certain threads people comment on exif(?) details of a picture. How do you check this please? Also how do you put it on?

It's included automatically unless you strip it out. If you use 'save for web' after editing your images, that will usually strip the data out as by doing saves a few Kbs on the file size. As to viewing Exif data, you need to download an Exif viewer. A lot of people use Opanda, which is free.
