Exotic Bird..? ID Needed Please.

Caught these today on a trip to Windsor, can't recall ever having seen this bird in the wild before. I'm guessing some kind of Parakeet..?, amazingly they let me approach to about 10 feet away from the tree in which they were perched on a lowish branch. Not great shots as they were all handheld on max zoom but tbh i was just glad that i spotted them and managed to get a few off before they done the Frankie Boff.

Apparently a really large colony in north west London now ... :shrug:

they certainly are there is a large colony of these in ramsgate here in kent .any thing from 10-150 strong.
