As far as I am aware there isn't but I may be wrong :shrug: I too would like to know though for mine but have never really been able to find the answer anywhere.
You can buy ones that have dummy batteries that go into the battery bay with a cable attached. I've also seen DIY ones using wooden dowels same size at AAs. Check the B&H website to see what I mean, they sell them.
Have a look at Quantum battery packs. I used to use them many years ago and I still have an old Nikon flash with a notch in the battery cover to allow it to close with the adapter in place.
