eye-one calibration

excuse stupid (perhaps ) question, but I bought an eye-one display 2 calibrator at focus and have just run it on my computers.

I have 2 desktops running Apple cinema displays and they are great, but the laptop looks a complete bag of poo and looks better in the 'before' pic

am I doing something stupid? :bang:

Laptop displays don't tend to be able to display as wide a colour range as standalone monitors, so it could be something to do with that.

well that's certainly true, makes me wonder how people do effective editing on something that looks like that though.

I'll have to turn it off when clients come and visit, because the apple screens look <american pie-ism>awesome</american pie-ism>
