Does anyone have one of these?

Having problems. It says "Eye One Position Detection Failed". Looked it up, seems you can continue regardless. Did so. But the before/after looks identical. Which leaves me thinking it's not calibrated at all!

Arg.

It means it hasn't detected where on the screen it is sitting. That is when it displays the colours dividing up the screen first into 2 big sections and then progressively smaller until it's right under the calibrator.

If it is not flush on the screen and in a bright location it might not detect where it is.

i usually lean something against the calibrator like a ruler, just to be certain.

I'm trying it on my second laptop, and it's not even recognising the device :(
So much for easy calibration!

Have tried making sure it's flush against the first, but still not recognising. After looking up seems this happens to a lot of people but they say it doesnt make a difference? Seems a bit odd to me.

& nothing that I do will make it load on the second one at all.

After much internet searching problem sorted. It's to do with Windows 7. You need to download new software, and manually update driver in device manager Etc Etc/
