Hi folks,
I just had to join a forum because I'm a but stumped on the odd behaviour of my Canon f2.8 20-200mm (II USM) lens on a friends 5d Mark 3 body.
On my 1D Mark 4 in any mode I can stop down to f2.8, but on this 5D Mark 3 in manual mode I can not get lower then f5.. if I try a capital letter 'L' flashes momentarily where the shutter speed info should be.
Is this normal? Why on earth will this camera not allow this lens down to f2.8 in manual when every other Canon body will?
