I heard it - quite interesting. I'm guessing he's a good looking chap, and with that European accent of his he gets away with asking people he meets. I think if I stopped a beautiful stranger on spec and asked to take their photo for my blog I might get a different response !
 
seems quite a simple thing to do, just complement said person on their great sense of dress, and they cant wait to pose.:thumbs:
