Ooo, nicely done :)

My fave bit is from the nose upwards... the mouth and under the nose doesn't work quite so well for me, but that's just being fussy and trying to offer comments for next time you do this :)
 
Yeah - that works for me. Its a simple composition and that makes for a powerful image.

No real set up. My subject was sat at her computer with a light to the side but behind from my angle. Hope that makes sense. f5.6 1/50 iso 200 using 50mm f1.8 lens.
