i hate facebook
causes more problems than anything
 
Interesting.

It's caused me no problems at all, I use it to keep in touch with friends down south, whom it's easier to send messages to, as we all work different days/hours so it's not always convenient to ring/text, plus it's useful to have a business page too (although I'm yet to see any business as a direct result from FB)
 
Surely its a good way to get your images about and name recognised by friends and family, who can pass the information onto their friends/family etc etc.......a good way to network me thinks.....
 
I like Facebook myself. It allows all my pictures to be distributed for free to everyone :)
 
Is it possible to have 2 Facebook accounts ? i have my own personal one but what if somebody wanted to set one up just for Photography, i guess you have to make a group page.
 
I have a facebook page but use it as a way of keeping in contact with people that I cannot see very often.
 
A lot of the girls at work use Facebook after I lifted the block on it and there's been tons of virus attacks on our network ever since from trojans to hoax emails from facebook etc.

Could just be a coincidence though.

No unfortunately people are stupid enough to click on things because someone sends them to them!! It is just more likely to happen with things like facebook!
 
I have a photography page. At the time there was no option for "Gloating about my photography" :lol: so I just created a local business page in case I ever decided to make a right go of it. Only done it quite recently so don't know how useful it is yet. Have b****r all followers, we'll see what happens.
 
we have one set up as it comes in handy to notify lots of competitors as to when photos are online for viewing etc.

dont tend to put any photos on the profile anymore now we sell facebook res images, just defeats the object if they can tag themselves for free..
 
I have a facebook group. I couldnt have a page as someone was using the same name i wanted for their page
