FaceTime

On my iPod touch it has FaceTime what is it and does anyone use it?

It is apples video calling, which offers completely free video calling over wifi between users of iPhone 4, iPod Touch (current gen.) and and Macs running Snow Leopard or higher. I've found it works very well with my grandads 4, to my 4 or MacBook Pro. An alternative free video calling app, is tango. This is available for Android and iOs and is completely free between others who have installed tango. Useful if not everyone is on iOS, tried it with my gran who has just got Samsung Galaxy S and works pretty well. Hth

Btw - despite what the name might suggest (not saying I think like that, but I wouldn't have thought it is the best choice of names!) I don't think this thread needs the NSFW!
