shot looks ok as it stands - but it does look a bit like "a penguin in a zoo" sort of pic. Was the penguin after something from the bucket? Whats sticking out of the top of the bucket? I'm left with quite a few questions, but no real total focal point.

I think I would lose the buckets & wellie if possible,
Poor thing looks like its flipper has been cable tied on though
( sorry couldn't resist)

As mentioned the scene is too busy and the other stuff draws your eye away from the focal point.I would try and get it against a more natural setting.
