Went to the Falconry Centre near Thirsk thought I would try my hand at this birding game, good god it's bloody hard. Struggled with focusing, probably not set things up right in camera. Nikon D610 maybe not the best at birds in flight. Anyhow these were shot with the Sigma 100-300mm F4 mostly at F4 to F5.6, It is a really good centre with a large selection of birds and the display lasts around 30mins.

Did well Steve, 1st & 3rd for me ... love Barn Owls :)
 
Lovely set Steve, I've got 2 weeks off starting 24th July & was thinking of popping down to one in Newent
 
Nice set Steve (y) Busy backgrounds don't help when trying to keep focus on the birds in flight.
